The Jebao DCW series pumps feature a controllable 24V quiet water pump with a detachable controller and mount. These pumps boast high-quality ceramic shafts, propeller bearings to reduce wear and tear, and the latest variable speed flow technology for refined control, enhanced performance, energy-efficiency, and safer operations.
The adjustable water flow rate ranges from 30% to 100% of the top speed. The controller has three buttons: "down," "up," and "pause." When the pause button is pressed, the default stop time is 10 minutes. To cancel this, simply press the "pause" button again. To lock the settings, long-press the "pause" button for 3 seconds, and the LED will flicker 3 times, indicating successful locking. To cancel the lock, repeat the same operation.
The controller has a memory function for the flow rate, so if the power goes out, the controller will revert to the last setting. The pump also features error code solutions: Er01 indicates an abnormal working current, which may be due to a short circuit in the line to the pump or the controller; Er02 indicates a controller overheat, so the controller should be placed in a cool place and avoid exposure to high temperatures; Er03 indicates the pump is running dry, so check if the water line is too low to fully submerge the water intake; Er04 indicates the propeller is stuck, so check for any blockages or wiring errors; and Er05 indicates an abnormal input voltage, so check that the power voltage is 100-240V 50/60Hz. The pump will automatically shut off when no water is sensed.
These pumps offer high performance, with energy savings of up to 65% and safe operation. The 45-watt 1600GPH pump has a 14.7ft head and can be used internally or externally, in both saltwater and freshwater environments. The package includes 2 screw nuts, 2 o-rings, and 6 soft tubing connections (1-1/2", 1-1/4", 1", 3/4").
The pumps are designed for long-term use, featuring anti-resistant ceramic shafts and magnetic drives. The pump dimensions are 7.7 x 4.1 x 6.4 inches, and the power cord is 9ft long, with an additional 9ft cord from the pump to the controller.
